We are a full-service organizational research and strategy development company that specializes in employee, association member, community and customer research. Since we began in 1998, we have conducted research and developed strategies for organizations and corporations in a variety of industries including technology, energy, finance, transportation, health and not-for-profit.

Based near Vancouver, B.C., but thanks to the help of technology, we are able to assist clients throughout Canada, across the U.S. and around the globe.

Tudor Williams
As a management consultant with more than 25 years of experience, Tudor is recognized internationally for his employee engagement research, change management strategies and strategic communication planning. Tudor has received numerous awards including six IABC Gold Quill awards. He is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) and, in 2004, he received IABC's Fellow Award, the highest honour IABC bestows upon a member. Tudor's early career days were spent as public affairs manager for a leading oil sands company in northern Alberta. And he led the Canadian communication practices for two international consulting firms, Towers Perrin and The Alexander Consulting Group (now AON). In 1993, Tudor began his own consulting firm. In 2006, Tudor Williams Inc. merged with twisurveys to form one company - twisurveys Inc.






Ryan Williams
As president of twisurveys, Ryan specializes in behavioural and organizational research. He is able to use that research to coach organizational leaders in planning and implementing new strategies. After launching the company in 1998, Ryan was instrumental in twisurveys becoming one of the first research firms to offer online employee surveys. With an innovative spirit, Ryan still leads the evolution of research methodologies to meet today’s technology challenges and opportunities. He has received several awards, including the Institute for Public Relation Golden Ruler, two IABC Gold Quill awards, an IABC/BC Blue Wave Award of Excellence and an IABC Canada Silver Leaf Award of Excellence. Ryan has completed a Master of Arts Degree in Servant Leadership from Trinity Western University. His Masters Major Project was in the use of employee surveys to enhance leadership.
